Dr Gwyneth Arendorf

Specialist Dermatologist

Dr Arendorf is a specialist Dermatologist who practices part-time in the private sector . She is also a sessional consultant in the Dermatology Department at Stellenbosch university where she teaches  dermatology fellows. Prior to settling on dermatology she worked locally and abroad in a number of disciplines  including emergency medicine and ophthalmology.

She  is passionate about patient education, preventative dermatology and dermatopathology. She has trained in general adult and paediatric dermatology and is proficient in minor surgical procedures. Areas of interest include mole screening, cutaneous cancers, inflammatory and pigmentation disorders.
